Stoneware clay. Food safe glaze.
This handmade pitcher was fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. It was slow-cooled from peak temperature to give the glaze time to develop depth and variation.
The glaze ran a bit too much on this pitcher and had to be ground off. See the picture of the bottom. I've taken $15 off the normal price of $55.
Makes a great centerpiece vase, too.
10 inches high and about 5 1/2 inches in diameter. Holds about 11 cups.
Food safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
