This is a "second" on sale for half-price because one of the glazes ran too far and had to be ground off. You can barely see it in lower right part of picture #4.
Something nice for your dog.
This medium-size, stoneware dog bowl was thrown on the wheel then fired to vitrification for strength and durability. A long heat soak at 2300 degrees allowed the glazes time to run, mingle, and produce colors that are rich and complex. Wider at bottom so it will not tip over and heavy enough to make it harder to push across the floor.
About 6 1/2 inches wide at top and 7 at the bottom (outside measurements). About 2 1/2 inches high.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
