This stoneware cup was thrown on the wheel and fired to vitrification for strength and durability. A long heat soak at 2300 degrees and a controlled slow cooling allowed the glazes time to mingle and produce colors that are rich and complex. The one-finger handle is comfortable.
About 3 1/4 inches high and about 4 1/4 inches wide. Holds about 1 3/4 cups.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
