This stoneware cat/dog bowl was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. The locally dug clay is such a nice burnt red color when fired this high I decided to leave the outside of the bowl unglazed.
Wider at bottom so it will not tip over and heavy enough to make it a little harder to push across the floor.
5 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches high. Holds 1 2/3 cups.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
