A small, freeform, terra cotta planter with a saucer that makes a great flower pot for any very small plant.
Wheel-thrown locally dug clay that when fired to the right temperature comes out a nice terra cotta color and is porous. This allows air and water to flow through the pot which prevents root rot and soil disease.
Both pieces are fired high enough to be much stronger and more durable than mass produced terra cotta pots.
The flower pot has a small hole for drainage. The saucer has been treated with a sealant to keep it from leaking and has silicone bumpers to protect furniture. The bumpers are easy to remove if you don't need them.
2 1/2 inches high and 5 wide.
The burnt orange color may be a little brighter or duller depending on your computer.
