A free-form, terra cotta soap dish that was thrown on a wheel then altered by throwing it on a stone slab then shaped and dried in a cotton sling.
The satiny blue and white glaze contrast vividly and tactility with the unglazed burnt orange clay.
The spiral design raises the soap out of the water in the dish and it has a drain hole.
About 6 1/2 inches long and 5 inches wide.
