It only takes a minute, or less, to microwave an egg in this dish and put it on top of a biscuit or English muffin. Or, take a little more time and add chopped tomato, mushroom, etc. It cooks so fast you only need one to cook eggs for the whole family.
Hot breakfast omelet in the dorm. Hot bagel sandwich in the office.
Use cooking spray. Safe in microwave, dishwasher, and oven, but not the stove top burner.
Wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability.
