This stoneware vase was fired to 2300 degrees for strength, durability and vitrification. A long heat soak at top temperature and a long, slow cool allowed the glaze time to produce a blue that are varied and complex.
The picture of the vase with the flower is just an example of this kind of vase in use. It may or may not be this particular vase.
6 1/4 inches high and about 4 1/2 inches wide at the bottom.
