This stoneware pie plate gives an even bake and makes a nice serving dish straight from oven to table.

The rich, variegated blue glaze inside goes nicely with the burnt orange color of the raw clay on the rim and outside. It is made from a beautiful red stoneware clay dug from a creek bank a few miles from my studio.
7 inches across at bottom and 10 1/2 at rim. Inside depth is 1 1/4 inch.
