It only takes a minute, or less, to microwave an egg in this dish and put it on top of a biscuit or English muffin. Or, take a little more time and add chopped tomato, mushroom, etc. It cooks so fast you only need one to cook eggs for the whole family.

Use cooking spray. Safe in microwave, dishwasher, and oven. You may have to waste an egg or two getting the timing and settings right. Cover with paper towel.
