This wheel-thrown, ceramic spoon rest was made of stoneware clay and fired to vitrification for strength and durability. The food-safe glaze is a matte yellow that lets the clay body show through in places. The raised spiral in the center prevents sauce spoons from sticking.
About 6 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches high.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
