This stoneware dog bowl was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. The variegated blue glaze came out especially nice on this pot, but there is a surface crack on the bottom. It is small (see picture) and does not go through the wall and will not get bigger or cause any problems. I've reduced the price from $40 to $30 because of it.
9 1/4 inches wide at top and 3 1/2 inches high. Holds 9 1/2 cups. Makes a great water bowl.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
