This stoneware egg poacher was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. Okay in microwave, dishwasher and oven.
About 2 1/4 inches high and 4 1/4 inches wide.
Just drop the egg into the cooker and microwave for 30-50 seconds. Adjust time (and maybe power) for perfect yoke. You may want to use a little cooking spray or a spoonful of water.
Or… scramble one to two eggs and add mushrooms, diced ham, whatever to make an egg just right for an English muffin, biscuit, egg sandwich, etc.
It cooks so fast you only need one to cook eggs for the whole family. Great for the dorm or office.
