This is a second because the glaze "crawled" slightly in the bottom leaving a couple of spots where the clay shows through. It is safe and will cause no problems but I've reduced the price $12.
This stoneware dog bowl is divided. This slows down the dog that quaffs down food too fast and it provides a way to offer two kinds of food in the same dish.
Makes a good serving bowl, especially for chips and dip.
It was thrown on the wheel and fired to vitrification for strength and durability. A long heat soak at 2300 degrees allowed the glaze time to develop depth and variation. The glaze has a slight pink tinge to it.
About 2 1/4 inches high and 7 1/2 wide.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
