This stoneware pie plate gives an even bake and makes a nice serving dish straight from oven to table.
It was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. It was slow cooled to give the glaze time to develop depth and variation. The glaze is food-safe, scratch-proof, and looks good on the red stoneware clay.
Great for pies and all kinds of casseroles.
Food-safe, oven-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher safe, but not stove top burner safe.
7 inches across at bottom and 9 3/4 at rim. Inside depth is 1 1/4 inches.
