A terracotta, hanging planter made of locally dug clay that when fired to the right temperature comes out a nice terracotta color and is porous. This allows air and water to flow through the pot which prevents root rot and soil disease.
It is fired high enough to be much stronger and more durable than mass produced terracotta pots. (Which are often not real terracotta.) It has a small drainage hole and a small cork. It also comes with a small shard to keep the soil from falling out or the hole becoming clogged.
The rope is hemp. Keep the rope out of the soil and dry. Can adjust by untying knots. For hanging outdoors replace the hemp rope with chain or waterproof rope.
I've gotten a lot of feedback from customers about their plants thriving in these porous hanging planters. The cork can be used to keep the soil from drying out too quickly.
About 6 inches high and 11 wide. It hangs about 25 inches.
