This small, fluted, white planter with saucer was made of white earthenware clay. Like terracotta it is porous. This allows air and water to flow through the pot which prevents root rot and soil disease.
It is fired high enough to be much stronger and more durable than mass produced earthenware pots and traditional native American earthenware. It has a small hole for drainage and a saucer that has been treated with a sealant to keep it from leaking. Okay indoors or outdoors.
4 inches high and 5 wide. Inside diameter near middle is about 3 inches.
