This stoneware dog bowl was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. It was slow cooled to give the glazes time to run together, pool and develop interesting patterns. Both inside and outside the glazes on this one came out great. Heavy enough to make it a little harder to push across the floor. Wider at the bottom so it is almost impossible to turn over. Makes a great water bowl.
3 1/4 inches high and 8 1/2 wide. Holds 10 1/4 cups.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
