This stoneware planter with saucer was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. The yellow glazed part contrast nicely with the burnt-red color of the raw clay.
It has a small hole for drainage and a crock (which is a small shard to keep the soil from falling out or the hole becoming clogged). The saucer is a little deeper than the saucers for the other styles of planters. Good indoors out out.
3 3/4 inches high and 6 1/4 wide at the top. Inside middle diameter is about 4/1/4 inches.
Everything in this shop is handmade and one of a kind.
