This small, stoneware planter with saucer was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. It was slow cooled to give the glazes time to run blend together and produce subtle colors. The burnt red color of the clay will contrast nicely with the green of a cactus, succulent or other small houseplant.
It has a small hole for drainage and a crock (a small shard to keep the soil from falling out or the hole becoming clogged). It also has a shallow stoneware saucer. Good indoors out out.
3 inches high and 4 1/4 wide.
Everything in this shop is handmade and one of a kind.
