This large, stoneware dog bowl was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. It was slow cooled to give the glaze time to run, pool and form interesting patterns. Heavy enough to make it a little harder to push across the floor. Wider at the bottom so it is almost impossible to turn over. Makes a great water bowl. It also make a good baking and serving dish.
4 inches high and 8 wide. Holds 11 1/2 cups.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
