This porcelain spoon rest was wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. The porcelain is made from New Zealand kaolin which is the purest (and most expensive) kaolin in the world. The light blue celedon glaze is food-safe. The raised spiral in the center prevents sauce spoons from sticking.
About 5 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches high.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
