This cat bowl was thrown on the wheel and fired to vitrification for strength and durability. A long heat soak at top temperature and a long, slow cool allowed the glazes time to run, mingle, pool, and produce colors that are varied, rich and complex. See detail picture.
Wider at bottom so it will not tip over and heavy enough to make it a little harder to slide across the floor.
About 4 1/2 inches wide at top. About 1 1/2 inches high. Holds 1 1/4cups.
Food-safe. Okay in microwave and dishwasher.
