STONEWARE SUCCULENT POT

Sorry, this item has sold.

A small, free form, stoneware succulent/bonsai planter.

This succulent pot is made of stoneware clay dug from a creek a few miles from my studio. Wheel-thrown and fired to 2300 degrees for strength and durability. The burnt red color of the raw clay contrast nicely with the rich but subtle blues and greens of the glaze. Makes a good small bonsai pot.

About 5 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches high. Inside depth is 1 1/2 inches. It has 3 small drainage holes. Small enough to not take up much room on a table or desk.

Works well for all kinds of small succulents, cacti, aloe, herbs, air plants, etc. in home and office. May be too shallow for some succulents.

The last picture is an example of a similar pot with a succulent in it.
